ONLINE STORES RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Stadium Sports knows that you care how your custom apparel items look and perform, and wants you to feel confident in the care and professionalism we took to produce those items. By visiting Stadium Sports, you are accepting the practices described in this Return and Exchange Policy.

Because the apparel items in your order have been custom printed or embroidered according to guidelines established by the administrator of your particular program, they are not resalable to the general public and therefore cannot be returned for refund.

If however, you have received a defective garment or a garment with a quality defect in the print or embroidery, Stadium Sports will gladly exchange that defective merchandise if notified within thirty (30) days of the original order date. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 736-5541 to request a Return Authorization Number and follow the return instructions as indicated below.

Replacement garments will be shipped within two weeks of the receipt of any defective merchandise indicating a valid Return Authorization Number. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it to determine if it has a manufacturing defect. If the product is deemed defective, we will send your replacement within two weeks. Please note that we accept no more than two garments at any time unless an accompanying receipt for the purchase is provided.
